     There are many well-educated and motivated people who lack the knowledge of how to lead others.  So they don’t assume leadership positions, or if they do, they don’t do very well in them. They and others too, assume that these individuals just weren’t born to be leaders.

    That’s really a tragedy, because our country and our people need good leaders. Corporations, associations, and athletic teams all need good leaders. Even parents must be good leaders or their families can become dysfunctional. It is hardly an exaggeration to say that our very success as a nation depends upon good leadership.

    One of greatest leadership in Malaysia is Tun Dr. Mahatdir Mohammad , the fourth prime minister of Malaysia, one of the greatest man in this century. He held the post for 22 years from 1981 to 2003, making him Malaysia's longest-serving Prime Minister. His political career spanned almost 40 years.

    The past 40 year he develop the economic of Malaysia from originally Malaysia was most likely like Indonesia and now one of greatest Muslim Country. Today all over the world know the word of "Malaysia" even we Malaysian didnt know much about them.

      There are many story on how he manage to support our economic and yet in the western country they also make the television show discovering the secret of Dr. Mahatdir Mohammad. So today we pround to be Malaysian because of him....
